We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, our physicians will review your immunization record and discuss your travel plans to ensure you're properly prepared. 

For a shorter time in the waiting room, please fill out the New Patient Form and email it to us before your visit.

 

Although we do not accept medical plans, we will provide you with necessary documentation to submit to your health insurance for reimbursement.
